Obama warns Iran and North Korea - Nuclear usages

USA President Obama warned Iran and North Korea about the usage of Nuclear power. Obama in recent publication about Nuclear Power usage asked the world countries to reduce the usage of Nuclear power. He also said that the Nuclear power can only be used at the unavoidable situations. Obama blames the countries Iran and North Korea as those countries may try to use the Nuclear power for war and creating nuclear weapons. As the nuclear weapons such created are hostile to the entire world, Obama warned the two counties against the Nuclear power usages. 

The president said that the United States of America will not use its Nuclear weapons against the nuclear powered countries. He also said that there will not any movement to create new Nuclear weapons and at the same time they will always try to limit the number of current nuclear weapon. The new contract upon to reduce the collection of Nuclear weapons will be signed by Obama on 8th April 2010.
