Railway Budget 2010

Mamatha Banerjee first thank the employees and officials of Railway.

Railway as the life line of Indian economy there, there more importance in the Budget of Indian Railways. She said that the main vision and mission is more developments

She appreciated honorable members and all who help in the infra structure facilities. There are more than 5000 requests. With in the capacities more things are included so she made the Vision 20 20. there will be more things to do for the developments.

With in five years of this Government more connectivity will be given to major cities. there is only the increase of average 180 kms. After independence the population increase so much but there developments in the Railway section is still lagging. We can meet all the wishes with available funds.

Mamatha pointed some delays from the side of investors. There will be special task force. The policies will be investment friends. we will be the best. There 40 lakh employees we are not going to privatize our Railways. Our services generate more revenue. More multi level parking, domestic investing will be included. it will be a win win option for all. The Prime minister should guide for the Railway infra structure developments.

This is only beginning. There will be path breaking step of 180 kilometers with new 1000 route kilometer in one year. She seeks the support of whole members. there are some achievements during last 7 seven months. The gauge conversion is taking place in full speed. RRB has decided as English, Hindi, Urudu and local languages for Railway Recruitment exams. Railway decided to reduced the exam fee by 50% for the women candidate who comes below economy

There are tender process going on for new building process. The financial power of field officer has increased for giving priority to the security and passenger amenities. There will give more importance for the cleanliness. phase by phase the catering policies are under review. Anybody can give successions. Multi level parking complex and wold class stations as 8 million people traveling by railway. 6 bottling plants for water supply including Thiruvananthapuram. More facility for reservation, sms facilities will be strengthen more.

As there are many complaints, there will be system to monetize facilities. Ticket centers will be opened in Universities, district head quarters and High Courts aiming common people. There are some unfortunate accidents during the period. The new strategy will be adopting high and more quality systems for implementing safety. 17,000 unman level crossings, 3000 will be provided men. with in 5 years all un men level crossed will be covered with men

Railway will construct more under passes giving importance to the common life. Railway is facing and suffering with local problems. There problem of striking against the trains, the security must be provided by the concerned State government and policy as Railway provides economy to states for security. Women RPF will be started. as Nehru has asked Leta Mangeshkar to sing the song for the Jawans who killed in Indo China War, institutions will be started in Delhi, Chennai, Secondarabad and Mumbai. Indian Railway lead partner in the Commonwealth games.

40 lakhs employees the Railway have there much be Railway Culture board. A museum will be set at Howrah ib name of Rabindra Nath Tagore.
Mamatha proposed a new project of House for house less in connection with another Departments like HRD. More Diagnostic centers will be set up  through out the country, The modern degree colleges model schools and Navodaya school will be set up by the Railways. The Hospital spots are ready. There are 14 lakhs of lady staff, there allocation for hostel facilities increased. With discussion with the Employees Union, steps will be taken for voluntary retirement schemes. The Multi facility loco piolet learning center will be started in Jabalpur.  The center for Railway learning centers are proposed to start signing MOU with IITs. Mamatha said thai she had included all Employee unions in their policy making. The conditions of coach wagons are bad, more  coach factories will be started. If the land is available she is ready to start a factory in Chennai. Indegal coach factory will be more modernism. The wagoan repair center will be started at Amaravathi Mumbai. She stressed that all states are covering for developments. High Wagon Industry to be started at Secondarabad, Bhuvaneswar, Guwhatty. Western coredore will be started at Mumbai. For give importance to farmers Kisam Mission project will be set up. Land lossers will be given employment  during the land accuiring process for Railway.

More MPs protested while Mamatha reads about the Diamond Coredore projects as suggested by Prime Minister. The plans are made to increase the revenue from 150 crores to 1000 crores. As suggested by the Finance Department and guidlines of Prime Minister's office, more amounts are included for the budget estimates. Mamatha read the Million as Metric and she apologized.  Ordinary expenses has increased.

Expectations of people in the Rail Budget

Few days before Mamatha Banerjee has introduced Vision 2020 about the developments initiates in the Railway.

People are in the opinion that if charges can be kept decreased that will be relaxation for common people. There were more supports for the new TV Channel by the Railway. More people suggested for the better cleanliness and keeping the timing of Trains as punctual. Many members express their opinion about the kidnaping crime done by the Taliban in the Tribal area of Pakistan.

MPs Opinions before - Rail Budget -2010

The parliament session starts with the presence of President of Vietnam. Speaker welcomed the Vietnamese guests. Most of the members said about the problem of hike in the price of essential commodities. The MPs of Opposite side shown their protest against the price rise problem. The Government have convened a meeting during the first week of December 2009. But later several meetings ere conducted to discuss about the price rise issue. The Government's steps and efforts against the process of increments in the price of primary goods are in vein and the increment almost reached in more percentages. The most of the MPs were in the opinion that most of the common people's economic capacity has  crossed the boundaries of their economic provision. If these type of condition continues, there will be civil war because people are striving with economic hike. One of the MP said that most percentage of people in India is facing the problematic of inflation so more steps to be taken for the increase of production. Lalu prasad Yadav said that there are many common people who are facing the problem of price rise. So most of the leaders are in need of a better answer about the problem of price rise. Government did done bringing down the prices and Government has not bring down due to the issues. Lalu Prasad Yadav also said that the Prime Minister is asking to all Chief Minister to do continues discussion on the issue. But there is no any progress for the decreasing the price of commodities. The people are dying with the price rise. One MP said that the price of luxurious items of the country is not increasing  or example the price of Cars and automobiles are nor increasing but the price of food grains are doubling by day by day. He said that Government is answerable to the people and the opposition is alos answerable to the people He also said that he is fearing the extra ordinary situation prevailing for last six months. There must be importance given the the Indian Parliament tradition. Another MP said that government is not able to help the poor people who faces the price rise problem very highly. After these opinions  Speaker welcomed all members of Rail budget. Then the MPs of Opposition rises up with their protests against the problem of current price rise problems.

People Expects more from the Railway Budget

Mamata Banerjee's Railway Budjet expected to mainly as a massive campaign aiming the coming Election of West Bengal of Next Year.

The experts are in the opinion that there should be more steps for security. As there are prevailing the Maoists and terrorist attacks at present, there should be more steps for increasing security measures.

For the south zones, the doubling of rails lines are more asked for. There are suggestions about the need of Modern facilities like Wireless network, wi fi- internet facility in the trains. If Mamata Banerjee will be suggesting for including these steps in the Rail Budget will be better for the Government.

In most of the cities, people are expecting more trains and more facilities. North East State People are expecting to extend the trains to Delhi. The need of Non stop trains are more in the North East States.


The Anthra people are expecting for the completion of running 11 projects which will need 9000 crores. They are expecting that the provision will be included in the budget

14 of 24 project submitted to the Cabinet by the Railway minister for approval is for her state.
The parliament section is presented with the special guests from Vietnam including the President of Vietnam.

Price of Medicines will be increased after the Budget

The Union ministry is to present the Budget this week, there will be tax relaxations to the Government officials. As there is a high possibility to increase the exemption limits limit in reimbursement against medical  treatment and traveling allowance expenses to Government employees, the reports says that it will cause the hike in price of medicines. Now the the medical Re-reimbursement up to 15000 is tax free. Tax is imposed on the amount more than 15,000. There is high possibility for a increase of tax for Medical Re-reimbursement by th Tax department. The tax practitioners are in the opinion that the limit now prevailing for last 10 years. Due to the increase in the price of essential commodities, the limit may be increased to further 40,000 to 50,000. The Government may consider to revise the limit to higher amounts.

In the case of Travel expenses the limit for tax payment is 800. It may also be revised.

10 more Innocents are killed by Maoits

Patna, Bihar: In Jamuai district of Bihar 10 more Innocent people were killed by Maoist.
According to the reports more than 150 well armed Maoists attacked the place known Phoolvaria in Jamuai District. Additional DGP U. S. Dutt IPS said that 7 persons died due the bomb blasted by the Maoist and other three person died by gun injury.

Addl. DGP also said that the Maoists rebels killed the poor villager do the lack of supports from the villagers as revenge the police attack held on February 1 in which 8 Maoist guerrillas were killed

There was a strike called by Maoists on Wednesday in 5 Bihar districts, including Banka, Bhagalpur, Jamui, Munger and Lakhisarai, to denounce the alleged killing of guerrillas by police with the help of villagers. They demanded Government for released the Maoist activists who are under police custody.

United Kingdom calls in Israel ambassador over Dubai Hamas Murder

After a continuous dramas, the British Government has called in the Israel Ambassador to discuss the use of face UK passports by the alleged killers of a Hamas Cammander in Dubai. The world peace lovers and human rights activists are in hot discussion on the matter currently.

Lashkar-e-Taiba Al Alami Claimed Pune Bomb blast

An unknown Let group called and introduced themselves as Al - Alami International claimed the responsibility of Pune Bomb blast. In the same time one person among the injured died thus the total number of died persons in the Pune Bomb blast become 10. The intelligence reports about the contents identified as used in the bomb shows several similarities with the bomb blasts held at Bangalore. In the Bangalore bomb blast also the Ammonium Nitrate and RDX was used. Few years before a double blast occurred at Kozhikode city of Kerala State is similar to the Bangalore blast and Pune blast. Later the intelligence agents identified few Indian Mujaheddin workers who were earlier SIMI members. The investigators found Muhammed Halim arrested in the double blast case of Kozhikode had made the bombs used in the Bangalore bomb blasts. The intelligence agencies also found that Muhammed Halim and two persons died in Kashmir attacks were trained for terrorist attacks later. They were SIMI members earlier after the ban of SIMI these groups are still active with new names. Abu Jindal who had called Hindu correspondent and claimed about the Pune bomb blast and told about new organization name AL- Alami are new forms or renamed forms of Al-Qaida. Pakisthan based terror groups are giving training to these sub groups and they are made informed that they are doing the holy war for Islamism. Abu Jindal who introduced as spokesperson to Al Akami group by phone said that they carried out the Pune blast to with the help of sleeper cells of groups in India to protest against the refusal of India to discuss about Jammu & Kashmir issue in the Coming meeting with Pakistan.

The recent arrest of two foreigners held in Delhi Airport with so many pictures of important places, airports and with high power binoculars the intelligence agents are in the conclusion that the terror groups are using foreigners as sub agents for the arrangement activities attackers to Indian cities. Two Indian Mujahideens arrested in connection with Pune Bomb Blast

Two Indian Mujaheddin arrested in connection with Pune Bomb Blast. The Police Commission her Satyapal Singh said that the bomb was composed of RCX, Ammonium Nitrate and Petroleum oil. The bomb was fixed in a bag in a way that it explode as bag opens. The two persons who came in to the hotel had kept the bag with bomb under a table. Who is behind Pune Bomb blast ?

The Bomb blast held in German Bakery, Pune was set up the terror group Indian Mujaheddin. The Pune bomb blast is suspected as a part of new plan to create new terror situation in secondary Indian cities. The Home Minister after the security review meeting said that the blast was not aimed any nationality, but later reports says that the 2 persons among 9 killed are foreigners. The Home Minister also added that the German Bakery was selected for the bomb blast as it is a soft target by the terrorist groups. The intelligence agencies found the Pune bomb blast as a part of vast blasting project of Indian Mujaheddin a plot by the Lashker-e-taiba involving fugitive Indian Jihads. The blast games planned with the help of Pakisthan Army aiming against India offensive. Abdus Subhan Qureshi and Mohsin Choudhary are suspected as the manipulator of Pune Bomb blast in which 9 people died and about 60 people injured.

The intelligence agencies found that the Indian Mujaheddin is aiming the secondary level cities like Pune, Indore, Kanpur where security levels are low when compared to major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatha

Mohammad Amjad Khwaja, a leading Indian Mujahideen jihadi from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh who had link in Pakistan by Lashkar as part of the Karachi Project and was recently arrested, told his interrogators that he and his associates were shown videos of Pune's Osho Ashram and Mumbai's Blue Synagogue.

As more strict security is prevailing in most of the major cities after the Mumbai terrorist attack, there is clear evidence that the terror groups are aiming the secondary cities as their blasting targets.

9 people were killed and about 50 people injured in which 33 are seriously injured in a bomb blast held in a German Bakery at Pune neare Jewish prayer house of Pune, Maharashtra. The bomb blast is suspected to be an explosive hidden in the German Bakery. The terrorist are aimed the German bakery for the bomb blast. American terror suspect David Hadley is believed to have stayed at the Ashram during his visit to Pune.

As the Indian Government and security agencies are planning high level security to Australian Players, the possibility for visit by the Australian players are very low.

The warnings announced by the Siva Sena Leaders are the high hot discussion matters in New Channels. Even the Home Minister Chithambaram offered the Australian players high security, the percentage of visit of Australian players are very low.

New Twist In Samajwadi Party

Due to the recent expalation of senior leaders like Amar Singh and Jayaprada new twist arises in the the Samajvadi Party.

The expelation decision was taken at the Samajvadi Party parliamentary board meeting chaired by senior party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav national general secretary and spokesman to Mohan Singh told to reporters.

He said the party also suspended membership of four MLAs - Madan Chauhan, Sandeep Agarwal, Ashok Chandel and Sarvesh Singh - all Amar Singh group loyalists.

During last few weeks the leaders of the party have been continuously giving statements against the SP," Mohan Singh said.

Mr Singh also said that on January 31, Lok Sabha member Jaya Prada had held a press conference in which she made a comment as "indecent comments" against the Samajvadi Party leadership and spit venom against its policies.
