7.1 Crores Internet Users in India : IMRB

IMRB reported that there are at present 7.1 crores of Internet users in India. About 5.2 among them are regular users of Internet. Another important and interesting factor is that the active users of internet uses internet once or twice in the month. The usage of internet in the initial stages it was just average of 9.3 hours. Later it was increased to 15.7 hours. The activities in the internet usages are done mainly for entertinements like music and vedio downloads, social networking, bloging etc.
