In a tragic incident of patricide in an Uttar Pradesh village, a youth shot dead his father for refusing him to marry the girl whom he loved.
Police said that the alleged incident took place on Thursday night in Firozabad district's Karaura village, about 30 km away from there.
Son, Anni fled after killing his father, Man Singh, who had rebuked him for going around with a girl from the village. After a brief quarrel, the young man shot his father and escaped.
