Kishenji's mother to move to High Court over his killing

The mother of Kishenji, the Maoist who was killed on Thursday by joint forces in the outskirts of Jhargram, will file a petition in Calcutta High Court, demanding a judicial inquiry into the killing.
The Magisterial examination of the body has been conducted. As per the sources report, Kishenji's mother will file a plea demanding a judicial inquiry into the killing. Kishenji's body will be sent to Jhargram for a post-mortem.
The Maoist movement has been dealt a body blow after the death of the top Naxal leader Kishenji in a gunbattle on Thursday. His body was reportedly found inside the Jhargram forests in West Midnapore, West Bengal.
Security forces claims that 2 AK-47 rifles has been found lying next to his corpse, one of them is believed to belong to Kishenji. The other reportedly belongs to Suchitra Mahato, who is believed to have been injured in the encounter.
Security forces are set to launch combing operations to find more of the injured and those killed in the encounter.
