Pakistani woman kills and tries to cook her hubby

Pakistan police today arrested a woman who had killed her husband and was attempting to cook his body parts after he planned to marry another woman  without her permission.
The police chief of the area Nadeem Baig said that the police arrested Zainab Bibi, aged 32 years, and her nephew Zaheer, aged 22 years, in the Shah Faisal colony of Karachi and recovered the bowl of flesh she planned to cook.
He told the reporters that they killed Ahmad Abbas, Zainab's husband, and chopped his body into pieces and were about to cook his flesh in a bowl. He also added that the knife which was used for killing him has now been recovered.
Television networks showed gruesome footage of the human flesh ready to be cooked in a bowl.
Baig said that the neighbour had alerted the police about this incident and investigations are going on.
He said that there could be two factors behind her intention to cook her husband, firstly, to destroy the evidence and secondly, her immense hatred towards him over his plan to marry another woman.
According to the family law in the Islamic country, a man has to obtain permission from his first wife before his second marriage, but this law is rarely observed.
