Standing Committee on Lokpal meet ends

The Parliamentary tanding committee meeting on the Lokpal Bill ended today.

The panel was divided on the issues of inclusion of Prime Minister under the ambit of Lokpal Bill. Eight MP's from BJP, Left and BJD were in favour of his inclusion.

The anti-corruption campaigner Anna Hazare on Tuesday got angry after seeing the Centres refusal to introduce a strong Lokpal Bill in the Parliament.

Anna Hazare on Tuesday announced that he would undertake a fast unto death from December 27 at Ramlila grounds in New Delhi.
