Deccan Charges retained Ajenda Mendis, Spinner Romesh Powar sold to Team Kochi $ 1.8 million
The great spinner Muthiah Muraleedharan was sold to Kochi IPL team for 5.06 crores.
According to the  latest news report about IPL auction, Royal Challengers of Bangalore got Dirk Nannes for $ 6,50,000 and Chennai Super Kings got Doug Bollinger for 7,00,000 dollars
The South African player Dale Steyn was bagged by Deccan Charges for 1.2 millions dollars.
In the Indian Premier League action taking place at Bangalore, King IX Punjab bagged Indian all rounder Praveen Kumar who played for Bangalore in last season.

There is no team to buy Dilhara Fernando (Sri Lanka) and James Anderson yet.

The fast bowlers Morne Morkel of South Africa Brett Lee of Australia were  bought by Delhi Daredevils and Kolkatha Knight Riders for $4.75 and 4 lakh dollars  respectively.
